It took more than three hours to put out a fire that engulfed a garage in Abbots Langley in the early hours of Saturday morning.

The blaze was said to be "well-alight" when firefighters arrived at the residential garage in Kindersley Way after being called at 3.23am.

Three crews from Watford, Garston and Kings Langley attended the scene and remained on site until just 6.30am.

Nobody was hurt in the blaze.
