A man has been arrested in Kings Langley after being more than six times over the drink-drive limit.
Police were called just before 2pm today after a member of the public reported that a car was "driving erratically" along Rucklers Lane.
The man was breathalysed after police stopped the car and then arrested him on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
The legal limit for drink-driving is 35 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, but the man who was arrested was reported to have 220 micrograms per 100 millilitres of breath.
