A South Oxhey woman has been charged with harassment and breaching a restraining order.
Cassie Smith, of Oxhey Drive, was arrested yesterday on suspicion of breaching a restraining order and subsequently charged.
The 37-year-old’s neighbour had taken the restraining out against Ms Smith and it is alleged she breached the order over a number of days.
Ms Smith is due to appear in remand court.
