A Croxley Green primary school has won a gardening competition.
Little Green Junior School, in Lincoln Drive, won the Flowers 4 Croxley Gardening Competition schools category.
Since May pupils have been busy clearing the neglected and overgrown vegetable patch from huge weeds and dandelions.
Students transformed the land into a vibrant organic garden, featuring more than 35 different vegetables, fruits, herbs and plants.
The children in the gardening club, aged between seven and 11 years old, learned to sow the seeds and care for the plants.
