Traffic lights in a major Watford road are being repaired after a signal failure early this morning.
The lights on Whippendell Road, at the junction with Hagden Lane, went out today affecting rush hour traffic.
Ringway were on scene to carry out an inspection and called an engineer to fix the fault.
He started carrying out the repairs at midday.
