An animal welfare charity that looks after abused and abandoned dogs has opened a store in Chorleywood.
Dogs Trust has opened its doors in Main Parade. Nick Jenner, manager of the new shop, said the opening was a "great success".
Dogs Trust, which has a rehoming centre in Harefield, looks after and rehomes abandoned animals. The charity runs many schemes, such as free microchipping for pets and foster programmes.
Mr Jenner said: "We have been very privileged with the quality of donations and the generosity of the public in this much-needed cause."
