Missing Anne Ruddock has been found safe and well
A woman who went missing from her home in South Oxhey has been found safe.
Hertfordshire Constabulary were concerned for Anne Ruddock’s welfare after she went missing on Tuesday, July 22.
The 58-year-old was found safe in Lowestoft today.
