A fun-day will be held later this month in memory of the "very popular" Carl Hutchins, who committed suicide in 2012.
Villagers will be able to enjoy a "massive" game of rounders, a BBQ, bouncy castles and a whole range of other fun filled activities at Langleybury Cricket Club on Monday, August 25.
All the proceeds from the day will go towards the Peace Hospice and The Hospice of St Francis.
Marion Featherstone, Carl’s mother and organiser of the fun day, said: "He was a very popular man and was loved by so many people. I just do not want him to be forgotten. Everyone misses him so much."
The event starts at 11am and anyone who wants to help by volunteering on the day should call Marion on: 07709625633
