A woman has been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm after a Stanley knife attack in a South Oxhey convenience store on Saturday.

Hertfordshire Constabulary was called to Nisa, in St Andrew’s Road, at 6.30pm after an argument broke out between two women.

One woman allegedly left the shop and returned with a friend and the three fought.

Two women sustained injuries from a Stanley knife and a woman, believed to be in her 40s, was taken to Watford General Hospital with what are believed to be non life-threatening injuries.

A 48-year-old woman from Watford was arrested and released on bail to attend Watford Police Station on Friday.
