A lorry has broken down on the M25 clockwise near Junction 20 and is blocking two lanes of traffic.
Hertfordshire Constabulary and the Highways Agency are both on the scene due to a heavy goods vehicle’s clutch failure.
Police were called at 10.52pm and reports are that two lanes of four are blocked between Junction 19 and Junction 20.
Officers are on the scene.
