Three teenagers were arrested on suspicion of attempted burglary in north Watford on Tuesday afternoon.

A 17-year-old, an 18-year-old and a 19-year-old were arrested and released on bail and are due to return to Watford Police Station next month.

Hertfordshire Constabulary was called to The Harebreaks at 5.20pm following reports that there was a group acting suspiciously outside a property.

Police are investigating the incident and it is alleged that a window was damaged.

Nothing was recorded as being taken.

The three men, all from Watford, are due to return to the town’s police station on September 25.
