Man to appear in court after reports of South Oxhey meat cleaver incident

A South Oxhey man who was charged following reports of a man being aggressive with a meat cleaver in a residential street is due to enter his plea at St Albans Crown Court in October.

Matthew Fell, 30, was arrested on Sunday, August 10 at his Ilkley Road home. He was charged with possession of an article with bladed or a sharp point. 

He appeared at St Albans Crown Court on Tuesday via video link and is due to enter his plea at a hearing set for October 28.
