Steve Finn has been named in England’s 14-man squad for their one-off Twenty20 international against India at Edgbaston on Sunday.
The Watford-born faster bowler has slowly worked his way back into the international fold after a difficult winter which saw him sent home from England’s tour of Australia after being deemed "unselectable".
He has regained his confidence, however, and sorted out the problems which plagued his bowling action Down Under.
On Saturday, the 25-year-old was unable to help England avoid another defeat in their one-day series against India.
England were comfortably beaten by six wickets by the tourists with Finn taking one for 50 with the ball and scoring six runs with the bat.
The result put India 2-0 up in the five-game series. The fourth match between the sides takes place tomorrow.
