Man arrested on suspicion of vehicle interference and cannabis possession
Police attended Vicarage Road in the early hours of this morning after a man was seen trying door handles on parked cars.
Officers were called at around 1am and arrested a 24-year-old man from London.
Witnesses reported seeing eight or nine police cars and a police van on the road.
Sarah Spence, spokeswoman from Hertfordshire Constabulary, said: "A 24-year-old man from London was arrested on suspicion of vehicle interference and possession of cannabis at 1.15am today."
