Emergency services raced to South Oxhey this afternoon to free a woman with her hand trapped in a letter box.
Rickmansworth Fire was called at 2.44pm to Gleneagles Close following reports the woman was trapped at her home.
The crew released the woman by 3.05pm and did not need to transport her to hospital.
