Author Catherine Hall will be coming to Watford Central Library on Tuesday, October 14 to talk about her new book, The Repercussions.
The novel, a sweeping narrative dealing with the psychological and emotional reality of war, race, guilt, love and loss, is Catherine's third.
Her two previous novels include Days of Grace and The Proof of Love, which won the Green Carnation Prize in 2011.
The event will start at 7.15pm.
