Police and paramedics have closed a road in Leavesden after a woman came off her motorbike.
A woman in her 40s is receiving medical treatment for a knee and shoulder injury after the accident in Haines Way shortly before 1pm today.
Police closed the road at the junction with High Road and Sheepcot Lane after they were called at 12.58pm.
An ambulance and police cars remain at the scene with the casualty, whose condition is not thought to be serious.
