Two men arrested after car smashed into railings near Watford Junction
Two men have been arrested after a car smashed into the railings near Watford Junction.
Police recovered the red BMW three series from the junction of Station Road and St Albans Road.
The car careered into the metal railed barrier on the corner of Langley Road.
Two men have been arrested on suspicion of taking the vehicle without the owner's consent.
Police were alerted to the crash by several members of the public around 9.30am.
