A Watford woman who suffered a devastating stroke aged 36 has completed a 300-mile cycle ride from London to Paris.
Tracey Groom, now 46, marked her ten-year recovery with the gruelling ride in aid of Stoke Association.
The accounts manager at A1 Stretch limousines said that it was "fantastic".
The mum-of-two said: "I had the most amazing experience, it was tough and very emotional but brilliant."
Tracey has raised more than £3,600 but donations can still be made by clicking here.
