Watford Colosseum has won a national award for excellence in customer service.
The awards summit was hosted at the Watford Borough Council owned venue on Thursday, October 2.
The event celebrated theatres from across the country that are managed by HQ Theatres and Hospitality Group - the second largest theatre operator in the UK.
Watford Colosseum was recognised for the commitment and dedication its staff demonstrated to a much valued, and diverse customer base.
Tim Brinkman, director of the Colosseum, said: "I am immensely proud of the Colosseum and her staff. Many of the other directors are envious of the team we’ve got working here - and so they should be.
"This award, coming as it does from our peers, is especially important and appreciated, and shows what a strong venue we are building here in Watford."
