3. Watford Community Housing Trust fun day

6. Talk: 60 Years of Archaelogy and History

A talk presented by the South West Herts Archaeological and Historical Society to celebrate its 60 years. Hear about the schoolboy who dug Wolsey’s Tudor palace Moor Park, the Temple of Mithras and the new discovery of more than 10,000 Roman artefacts, and gain insights into the prehistory of the Colne Valley.
