House prices in the South East have risen again according to new figures published by the Office of National Statistics.
According to the figures, the average house price in the South East has risen by £1,000 in the past month to £338,000, the highest its been this year. In January, the average house price in the South East was £314,000.
According to property website Zoopla, the average house price in Hertfordshire is £410,221, which is an increase of 11.84 per cent from last year, and the average property value in Watford now stands at £342,382.
London property values have continued to be the highest in the UK, and have reached a new all-time high of £514,000.
