Two teenagers have been arrested after an alleged phone theft at a Watford taxi rank.
A 23-year-old woman was at the taxi rank near Subway, The Parade, when she was approached by two men who asked to share a taxi with her.
After the woman refused and turned to talk to friends,her iPhone 4 was stolen from her hand and the two men then ran off, police said.
A 19-year-old man from Harrow and an 18-year-old man of no fixed address have been arrested on suspicion of theft and released on bail until November 16.
Police have appealed for witnesses to the incident, which happend at around 4.30am on Sunday, October 5.
Detective Constable Anthony Hooper said: "I am appealing for anyone who was in the area at the time and saw what happened to get in touch with me."
