William Penn Leisure Centre in Rickmansworth has been awarded the prestigious Quest Award.
The Shepherds Lane leisure centre was rated as excellent following a two day inspection and the scheme, which is promoted by Sport England, rates the management of the centre.
Inspectors consider how effective and efficient the organisation is and give advice on how it can improve.
