Police are appealing for witnesses to a motorist who allegedly drove a car through a red light and mounted the pavement "several times" in Watford.
Officers said a silver Ford Fiesta drove through a red traffic light onto St Albans Road, undertaking vehicles and driving partially on the pavement in doing so.
The vehicle then travelled into Fuller Road, back onto The Harebreaks and into Middle Way, allegedly mounting the pavement several more times. The car eventually stopped in Hazel Tree Road.
The incident happened in The Harebreaks at around 7.20pm on November 3.
PC Mo Huzair said: "I am appealing to anyone who believes they saw this vehicle in the area either around the time stated or earlier that day to contact me as soon as possible."

• A 36-year-old man from Watford has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and bailed until December 8.
