Voters in Three Rivers are being urged to complete three forms before a newly revised voting register is launched across the district next week.
Three Rivers District Council has sent out three forms, including the Household Enquiry Form and the Invitation to Register where individual occupants provided a few more details to register- including national insurance number and date of birth.
But the council is urging residents to complete the registration by Monday, December 1, when existing details which have not been transferred over to the new system, will be deleted.
When you do register, a confirmation letter should have been sent to you acknowledging that your registration has been verified
