New state-of-the-art fitness equipment was officially unveiled at a Mill End gym last weekend.
William Penn Leisure Centre unveiled the new cardiovascular machines during a ceremony at the Shepherds Lane gym on Saturday, December 6.
Bosses at the gym say members will be able to use new cardiovascular machines from the Matrix 7xi series which was created to enhance workout experiences including treadmills, rowing machines, ellipticals, cycles, and climb mills.
Residents were able to go on tours, take part in taster classes and watch demonstrations as part of the centre’s celebrations for the opening.
Inflatables were also set up in the swimming pool for the children to enjoy.
The centre was re-opened by Councillor Chris Lloyd, chairman of Three Rivers District Council.
