Man arrested on suspicion of supplying controlled drug
A man has been arrested on suspicion of supplying a controlled drug.
The 35-year-old from Watford remains in police custody.
It comes after a 45-year-old man was revived by police officers at The Grow hostel in Rickmansworth Road at 11.15am yesterday.
He was raced to Watford General Hospital where he remains in a critical condition, police told the Observer today.
