Firefighters called to Peace Children's Centre
Firefighters were called to the Peace Children's Centre for a small fire in a light fitting.
The building was evacuated when the automated alarm sounded at about 8.50am today.
Two crews from Watford attended and used a CO2 extinguisher.
Firefighters left the scene shortly after 9.30am.
