Holywell Health Walks start on Sunday, January 18, and will then take place on alternate Sundays thereafter.
The Holywell walk will be 45 minutes, meet at 2pm at Holywell Community Centre, Chaffinch Lane, off Tolpits Lane, West Watford, WD18 9QD.
Complimentary refreshments follow the walk. There are also Rickmansworth Health Walks on the weekends in between.
