A tree which fell down in Watford this afternoon damaged a house and its conservatory, emergency services have said.
Simon Hoggett, spokesman for Hertfordshire County Council, said Garston fire crew were called to the incident in Oak View, just off Gade Avenue, at 12.11pm to make the property safe after one large tree collapsed into the garden of a private house.
Nobody was at home and there were no casualties.
The crew left the scene at 12.55pm and a tree surgeon will remove the tree.
