Plans for 66 new flats in Rickmansworth on show later today
Plans to build more than 60 flats at the former gasworks site in Rickmansworth will be on show to the public later today.
St William Homes LLP is a new joint venture between developers The Berkeley Group and the National Grid, who used to own the gasworks, and the group want to build 66 flats in Wharf Lane.
The consultation will be held at the British Legion Hall, Ebury Road, between 10am and 2pm.
Current plans suggest there will be one, two and three bedroom apartments inside a single four storey building at the former gasworks site.
