An appeal has been made to the Secretary of State against Hertsmere Borough Council for non-determination of a planning application.
Mr J Harkin proposed to demolish the existing buildings at a site in High Road, Bushey, and erect 12 flats, which would be part two and part three storey buildings. The proposal included associated parking and amenity space.
The appeal will be determined on basis of written representations and all representation must be received by March 17. For more information visit www.planningportal.gov.uk/pcs.
