An appeal against a decision by Hertsmere Borough Council for replacing a house in Radlett has been dismissed.
Mr and Mrs Oguievetski, proposed to demolish the existing house and garage in Letchmore Road and replace it with dwelling with integral garage.
The appeal was dismissed on the basis that there was not enough space between neighbouring properties and nor did the proposed building fit with the character of the street.
