The M25 will be closed between junctions 17 and 16 tonight.
The Highways Agency will be working on the over-head power lines between Junction 17 (Maple Cross) and Junction 16 (Uxbridge) on the anti-clockwise carriageway.
The road will be closed between 10pm and 4am.
Diversions have been set up and motorists will be taken via the A412, A40 and the M40.
