The Bovingdon Post Office will be moving location as of Wednesday, May 27.
The branch will be moving to Bovingdon News in High Street and opening hours have been extended - Monday and Thursday 6am to 6pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 6am to 6.30pm and Sunday 6am to 2pm.
During consultation the majority of feedback was in support of the move, with respondents welcoming the move to a central location and the longer opening times.
The move is with the current Postmaster's agreement, as he wants to retire, and is part of a major modernisation programme across the Post Office network.
