People living in Leavesden and Hunton Bridge have been warned by Warner Bros. Studios about a number of night shoots in the coming months.
The first production of 2015 has recently started, and filming will take place in three different locations in the studio backlot between now and June.
The night shoots will have high level film lighting, smoke and mist effects, crowd and general production filming noise.
Warner Bros. do not anticipate any other special effects or use of loud hailers.
