Staff at Watford Community Housing Trust have voted for industrial action following changes to their terms and conditions.
Unison members, including 90 per cent of the Gateway Repairs Team, are disputing a reduction in their holiday allowance, the loss of their car allowance, and changes to working patterns to include unsocial hours without overtime pay or a flexible working allowance.
Joe Dumont, spokesperson for Watford Community Housing Trust, said: "As we are funded by our tenants' rents our priority is to provide them with the service they expect, from the best possible value for money - while remaining an employer of choice to our staff.
"We have no other comment to make on internal discussions around staff terms and conditions."
