Watford residents are being asked for their views on health services and support needed by people living with progressive neurological conditions.
Hertfordshire County Council and the NHS clinical commissioning groups have held a series of listening and discussion events to hear the experiences of carers and people living with conditions such as Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, motor neurone disease or Huntington’s.
Gillian Benveniste, project manager from Hertfordshire County Council, said: "Together we want to discover what currently works well, what could be better and what improvements should be made for people living with progressive neurological conditions, and those who care for them.
"Your expenses will be paid and there will be some paid positions for those who get really involved."
The next event is on Saturday, April 18, from 10am at the Jurys Inn Hotel in Clarendon Road, Watford.
To book a place at the listening event, or find out more about the project and future events, call 01992 555315 or email gillian.benveniste@hertfordshire.gov.uk.
