Two Watford leisure centres have come together to host an Anthony Nolan charity open day tomorrow (Saturday).

All proceeds of the open days hosted by Watford Leisure Centre Woodside and Watford Leisure Centre Central will go to the Anthony Nolan Trust, a charity formed to help those who are in need of a stem cell transplant.

As part of the day, the centres are introducing Born To Move classes for children, which use dance, martial arts, plyometrics, core, yoga and sports training to develop a lifelong love of movement in children, as well as building their self-esteem and confidence.

The open day will offer back-to-back classes with new routines, new music and new challenges with a one-off timetable running between 8am to 2pm in the Watford Leisure Centre Woodside Sports Hall.

Non-members are asked to donate £6 or more and members £3 or more to join in as many classes as they wish on the day.
