Fourteen slimmers showed off their new figures in the final of a Peace Hospice Care weight loss challenge.
The women shed 14 stone and lost two metres from their waste lines between them to raise £8,000 for the hospice.
The winning slimmer of the 12 week programme was Emma Brown from Watford who lost 2.5 stone.
Events and Community Fundraising Manager, Pete Watson said: "This is the second time we have run this challenge and it has proved to be a great way to raise money for the charity as well as provide the opportunity for the contestants to change their lives.
"They are all delighted with their fantastic weight loss. I would like to say thank you to everybody who helped support this challenge.
Twelve of the slimmers, Shirley Stirling, Kate Bartlett, Christina Christophorou-Hanson, Melanie Boucher, Liz Huges, Emma Pitkin, Louise Smyth, Sandra Lake, Jan Cunnington, Ginette Roberts, Lisa Waite, and Emma Brown.
The two that couldn't get there for a picture were Juliet Fitzpatrick and Amanda Shiach.
