A bank is hosting The Big Lunch for people in Watford to come together as a community to have fun and get to know each other on Sunday, June 7.
Halifax branches from across North London will be hosting a Big Lunch at Lanchester Community Free School, Watford, from midday until 3pm.
The Big Lunch, a lottery funded initiative from the Eden Project, encourages people across the UK to meet up for a few hours of food, friendship and fun.
At the Watford event there will be family entertainment throughout the day, including face painting, a bouncy castle and giant Jenga.
There will also be lots of picnic food available, and appearances from the mayor, a fire engine and Pudsey Bear.
