Watford Community Housing Trust is to start offering repairs appointments on Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.
Following requests from residents for later appointment slots during the week and appointments on weekends, the trust’s operatives will be available until 7.30pm on Thursdays and from 8am until 12pm on Saturdays for non-emergency appointments.
The trust is taking bookings now on a first-come first-served basis for the new appointment times, which will start from Thursday, June 18.
Ben Johnson, the trust’s Head of Property, said: "Many of our residents have told us it’s inconvenient to wait in during the day for our repairs operatives. We’ve listened, and we are now offering these new appointment slots which we think will prove to be very popular."
