Landlords and people thinking of letting out property privately in Dacorum can get free lettings advice at the council’s Landland Forum in June.

On Tuesday, June 2, Dacorum Borough Council’s Help to Rent, environmental health and housing teams will be available between 5.30pm and 7pm in the Bulbourne Room in Hemel Hempstead Civic Centre with information and advice on renting out your property to private tenants.

Landlord Paul Kohli said: “I have been using Help to Rent for more than six years and they have always matched my properties with good, honest tenants who always pay their rent on time.

“When they vacate the property, Help to Rent quickly arranges the exit inspection for the benefit of the tenant and myself.

“They also manage to find new tenants within a very short period, reducing the time the property if empty, which is very important to me.”

To attend the forum email pshousing@dacorum.gov.uk or call 01442 228000 and ask for Help to Rent.
