Watford women are getting ready for the all-female fundraiser Starlight Walk in aid of Peace Hospice Care.
The annual event is set to take place in Watford on the evening of Saturday, July 11.
Peace Hospice Care events manager Pete Watson said: "Every day, Peace Hospice Care touches the lives of members of our community who need our services.
"The demand for our services continues to grow.
"It has been a challenging time raising more than 4.2 million pounds annually and we cannot do that without the support of the community.
"The Starlight Walk is a significant fundraiser and a great sense of achievement. We need as many people as possible to join us on the evening of Saturday, July 11, for the walk and urge women of Watford and beyond to step up, sign up and play their part in supporting the hospice.
"Whether walking in memory of a loved one, to support friends or just for a challenge it is a great night and so many women return time and time again."
