Arsenal Soccer Schools Hertfordshire has launched a new Progression Centre in Watford and are offering budding footballers the chance to trial for free.

The soccer schools, aimed at children aged between five and 12, offer courses based on the techniques used by Arsenal manager Arsène Wenger to nurture young talent at the Arsenal academy.

All courses follow the Arsenal philosophy A-attitude R- respect S- skills E-energy N-new thinking A-all for one L-learning and work on discipline, basic skills and ball control, warm up, fun games, rule introduction, fitness and social interaction.

The free trial sessions have been scheduled for June 20 and July 4 and players can attend one or the other for free.

Players will be invited to train bi-weekly with an Arsenal Soccer Schools coach and also have the chance to be picked out to trial for the Development Centre and play matches with other clubs.

The sessions will take place at Parmiters School, High Elms Lane, Watford, from 10.30am to 11.30am.
