A 13-year-old boy was assaulted outside Burger King in Watford High Street, police have revealed.
Police are appealing for witnesses and information following the incident at around 8.30pm on Tuesday, May 26.
A 13-year-old boy was reportedly approached by a teenager who then allegedly assaulted him.
Police are appealing for anyone who was in the area at the time and saw what happened to contact them.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Constable Sarah-Ann Feeney via the Hertfordshire Constabulary non-emergency number 101, quoting crime reference C1/15/2509.

- A 14-year-old boy from Watford has been arrested in connection with the incident and has been bailed to return to a police station on Thursday, July 9.
