A teenager from Bushey has invented a gadget that will ensure your phone battery is always charged.

Oliver Daniels, of Little Bushey Lane, ventured into the world of business last year with a product called Infincase.

Infincase allows iphone users to snap a battery magnetically on to the back of a case which will then charge the phone.

The 16-year-old said the idea came after getting frustrated with his phone running out of battery by the end of the day while on holiday.

"When I returned from by holiday, I did some research into different products that could charge my phone while I was travelling and found two options," he added, "both both were bulky and didn't offer much flexibility, so I decided to create my own."

After coming up with the concept, Oliver approached manufacturers in China, who developed the product.

The battery, which charges the phone through pins located in both the case and the battery module, allows the phone to be fully charged three times.

Oliver said: "I later realised on a sunny day that it would be good if the phone could be charged by the sun. So I created a second module, where a solar panel, like the battery, can be snapped magnetically to the back of the phone and charge it."

After creating the first two, Oliver then went to design an additional storage module for iphones and a speaker module - all of which have been manufactured.

He added: "I created a website to launch Infincase and it is now stocked on Amazon. I'm hoping to make the product available to stores this summer."
