On this day in south west Hertfordshire
Rubber-faced comic Rowan Atkinson spent Sunday in Watford filming a new BBC sitcom called The Thin Blue Line. The star of the Blackadder and Mr Bean, who plays a hard-done-by policeman in his new role, was shooting at NatWest Bank in the High Street. The series will be screened in the autumn.
