'Hidden rooms' of Basing House to open to the public next weekend
People in Three Rivers will have a rare chance to discover the “hidden rooms of Basing House” in Rickmansworth next weekend.
There will be guided tours around rooms which are not usually open to the public in the popular High Street building, with tours around the museum and other exhibitions also taking place.
The event has been organised by the Three Rivers Museum Trust.
The two-day special event starts on Friday, September 11, at 10am and will continue until 4pm. On Saturday, people will be able to visit between 10am until 4pm.
